I went grocery shopping this weekend and stocked up on food for the week. While I try to cook three meals a day, Alex and I sometimes end up ordering delivery (usually a cheese-less veggie pizza or some Japanese food). This was especially true during last week’s heatwave when I didn’t want to do anything. However, I notice that I spend a lot of money on groceries and should really try to be aware of what’s in stock and what I can do with it… so I’m writing out what I keep in my kitchen so I have a record of it.
This list may also prove helpful to other budding vegans who are wondering what to buy and eat. I keep a well-stocked kitchen and actually use everything in it so this can be a good list for folks to use.
